HEAVY RAIN IN PARIS

Knitted toe-up, with a heel flap & gusset construction, this socks feature an eyelets pattern inspired by my memories of a beautiful autumnal trip to Paris.

The yarn I used (Mondim, from Retrosaria Rosa Pomar) is a non-superwash fingering weight yarn made from fine Portuguese wool. It is named after a portuguese village once famous for its sock knitting cottage industry.

The sock pattern includes written descriptions, charts for the “Eiffel tower desing”, & an annex with photo-tutorials describing all the techniques used.

The design is available in three circumference sizes. The length of the leg and foot are adjustable.
