Knitted toe-up, with a heel flap & gusset construction, this socks feature complex-looking pattern that is surprisingly easy to knit. The design of the socks is inspired by the bright, golden light that I remember from my Childhood holidays.
The pattern is adapted from the beautiful book “Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible” by Hitomi Shida.
The yarn I used (50% corridale & 50% Mohair from the Lyli Neige Mill in France) is a non-superwash light fingering weight yarn naturally dyed.
The sock pattern includes written descriptions, charts for the lacework, & an annex with photo-tutorials describing all the techniques used.
The design is available in three circumference sizes. The length of the leg and foot are adjustable.
